Supporting Families: An Introduction to Our Family Programs

Looking for support, skills, and resources to help you better navigate the challenges of supporting someone experiencing borderline personality disorder (BPD), suicidality or emotion dysregulation? Join our free monthly webinar to learn about the programs and educational opportunities available for family members, loved ones, and supporters.

In this live, interactive session, we will introduce several programs designed to educate, empower, and support families, including Family Connections™, Managing Suicidality and Trauma Recovery, and Open Your Mind Before You Open Your Mouth. Participants will learn about the purpose and approach of each program, who it is designed for, and how to determine which opportunity may best meet their needs.

We’ll explore how these programs can help family members strengthen their understanding of trauma, suicidality, BPD and emotion dysregulation, develop practical skills, improve communication and relationships, and navigate the emotional challenges that can come with supporting someone they care about.

There will also be dedicated time for questions, giving participants an opportunity to learn more about available programs, clarify next steps, and better understand how to access support.

Whether you are just beginning to look for resources, considering one of our programs, or already registered and waiting for a program to begin, this session is a welcoming starting point for discovering the education, skills, and support available to you and your family.
