9:00 AM–6:00 PM ET

Virtual Conference + Watch Party Locations Across the United States

The Yale–National Education Alliance for Borderline Personality Disorder (NEABPD / BPD Alliance) Conference is an annual interdisciplinary educational program focused on improving the understanding, assessment, treatment, and support of people affected by borderline personality disorder (BPD) and difficulties with emotion regulation.
Presented in collaboration with Yale School of Medicine, Yale-New Haven Psychiatric Hospital, BPD Alliance, Yale Instruction/Investigation/Intervention in Emotional Lability and Dysregulation (YIELD), and collaborating organizations, the conference brings together researchers, treatment developers, experienced clinicians, people with lived experience, and family members.

This full-day program will examine current research and evidence-informed approaches to BPD and consider how that knowledge can be applied in clinical care, family relationships, and everyday interactions.

Participants will hear from experts in mentalization, validation, skills-based interventions, neuroscience, couples work, and related areas, alongside perspectives from people with lived experience and family members.
