Hello, and welcome to the Managing Suicidality & Trauma Recovery (MSTR) course for parents.

This course was created for parents who are carrying the fear, stress, and heartbreak that can come after a teen or young adult’s suicide attempt, self-harm, or other dangerous behaviors. You are not alone. Our volunteer leaders include both clinicians and parents who truly understand how frightening this journey can be. They are here to help you find support, understanding, and hope.

How the Course Works
